2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is berries, blackberry, currants, jam, dark chocolate and coffee. It is a big bold wine with medium-to-full tannins, yet it has a beam of jammy richness that shines through from the initial attack right through to the long lingering finish.

2006 Zinfandel

This wine is black cherries, plums, pepper, cloves and cinnamon. Aged in Hungarian oak barrels (20% new) for 12 months, the spicy tones from the oak are well integrated and a nice counterpoint to the rich fruit characteristics.

2006 Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is crisp and refreshing. The aromatics are citrus and tropical – grapefruit, lemon and mango. There is a nice beam of acidity through the middle that really keeps the wine bright and alive and allows it to be very versatile when pairing with food.
